For each class a student passes, a certificate of completion is given. In addition to those, NAPE Educational Foundation offers four certification programs. Only one course taken at another school will be accepted, and a substitute NAPEEF course must be taken for the certification. The copyrighted titles are the General Certificate of Engineering (GCE), the General Certificate of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (GCAR), the General Certificate of Electrical Proficiency (GCEP), and the Certified Supervising Engineer (CSE).
